It's been about two and a half or three hours since I ate at my local Panda Express. I had steamed brown rice and green bean chicken. Everything appeared freshly made (beans tender but crisp, not shriveled and dry). I ate there and it was tasty. It didn't taste off, or under cooked.About an hour ago I started to feel a little nauseated; twenty or thirty minutes ago I started feeling that cramping you get along with digestive distress. Soon after I had (sorry folks) super unpleasant, watery diarrhea: more than I expected.
I'm feeling better now and hope that's the end of my episode. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Nausea
