Turkey Avocado Sandwich Illness - Panera Bread, Green Bay Wisconsin

It was my first time having that turkey bacon and avocado sandwich and it tasted great other than the bread was really stiff but for now 3 days I’ve been experiencing nausea and diarrhea. I contacted them through Uber (since it was a delivery order) and I just found out they gave me a refund except I guess my tip to the driver which is fine. I know it was the sandwich cause the only other thing I ate was my normal breakfast and two or three hours after I ate it I became gassy with bloating and had diarrhea 2 times. It’s so gross to talk about but seriously how do you let your sandwiches mess people up like that. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Bloating, Gas
