Ate a ham and Swiss sandwich and potato soup on 1/6/2016 around noon. Within 3 hours started feeling bad. In 6 hours started vomitting every 20 minutes until 4am the next morning. Also have diarrhea and chills. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
