Ate the steak and arugula sandwich and the broth bowl with chicken dumplings around 7 pm on Saturday night. Woke up nauseous on Sunday and vomiting started around 10. Been unable to keep anything down and it's now Monday pm. Fever broke this afternoon finally. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
