Additional Symptoms: After work @ 1:30am- Diarrhea, Nausea, Chills, excessive sweat, loss of appetite, intense stomach cramps, weak legs. Next day- Diarrhea, body muscle aches, neck ache and stiffness.

Food eaten: Lunch - Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich

The only other food I ate that day was a self made peanut butter and jelly toast in the morning. I can rule this out as the cause of sickness because I eat this every morning for breakfast. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Weakness, Muscle Pain, Chills, Sweating, Loss of Appetite
