Family visit to Panera Saturday Nov 17 in the evening. We ordered at the counter and sat at table 39. The order was a small onion soup and a Greek salad - About 3:00 am I woke up with nausea and eventually diarrea and vomiting, chills, a headache .. I was unable to eat the next day except for a banana and rice and water. Today is Monday.. I am still feeling poorly and have diarrea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
