Around 4:30 Sunday I ordered a soup, salad, and sandwich combo. The salad came out missing lettuce, the French onion soup used raw 1" thick onion shavings in place of caramelized onions. The bread was stale. I only ate a portion of each serving and took back to the service counter to complain. As with my entire time at the restaurant, there was nobody to complain to and no service staff cleaning or clearing tables or checking on guests. Severe abdominal pain and explosive diarrhea was my experience from 5am Monday morning until currently (3pm Tuesday). I left a complaint with the company website which went unanswered. I wanted to leave an additional complaint with a non-biased organization that may see a pattern and practice. It's terrible that I had to go thru something like this and want to protect others. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
