I was poisoned on Friday 1/5/2024 from the Panera Bread in Kingsland, GA. I only purchased soup for myself and spouse. I ate the broccoli and cheddar bowl and the bread that comes with it. I did not have anything to drink. I literally ate the soup at 2:50 pm and a couple hours later, I began to experience sharp pains in my stomach. It was in knots. Then I began sweating profusely and could not hold my vomit in. I started projectile vomitting uncontrollably and having uncontrollable diarrhea. I knew it was from the soup. I had a massive amount of soup particles in my feces and the vomit. My husband called the Panera to let the manager know. The supervisor on duty was a novice and could not truly assist. My husband just informed him that they should change out the soup so no other customers got sick.
