I’m reporting on behalf of my son on Sunday, August 22nd we ordered at Panera Bread in Chico, CA we order a salad, my son ordered an Italian salad, lettuce, tomato, blueberry, strawberry, walnuts, flower seeds, we did not eat anything else in the morning until we came back that afternoon, this happened around 3 o’clock it was through the drive trough. Since then my son is not feeling good, we had to take him to the doctor twice already and they gave him some nausea medication, and the doctor ordered to take over-the-counter pepto-bismol. On Wednesday I took him to the doctor again to get a doctor notice school and he is still not a 100%. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
