Food Safety Report: Panera Bread, England Street, Ashland, VA, USA.

Panera Bread, England Street, Ashland, VA, USA

810 England Street, Ashland, 23005 Virginia, United States

My daughter ate tomato soup bread bowl at Panera last night around 6pm. She started feeling nauseous around 9pm and vomiting started around 11 and lasted through the night. This happened before in the summer of 2008 at another location, where she ate the same thing, but we were not sure then if it was food poisoning at that time. The previous incident was very severe and lasted 5 days with severe diarrhea after initial vomiting and made her miss swim championship. She has eaten the same soup many times in between those two events and was fine, so something must have been wrong with the food. She is very healthy and has no allergies so this is unusual for her. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea
