I ate a turkey and cranberry flat bread, Mac and cheese, bread and a green tea today around 2:30pm. Within an hour I felt severely nauseated and had diarrhea on and off and severe abdominal cramps. It's currently 6pm and the symptoms have gotten worse with worsening urgency to go to the bathroom and intense periods of stomach cramping, fatigue and sweating. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Sweating
