Veggie Sandwich Illness Suspected - Panera Bread, Syracuse New York

My mom and I went to their for lunch yesterday. We halved a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich. I ate this at 12:45. My mom became Ill first. She was projectile vomiting. I called 911 which they assessed most likely it was just a stomach bug. She had severe stomach cramps. I assumed the worst because she’s never sick. Well, I started to feel unwell shortly after. I threw up 4 times. My temp was 102. I had dizziness and nausea. As of now, I have smelly farts and diarrhea. The only thing that is sticking with me is mild stomach cramps.
