1/18/17 @ 1pm lunch - cup of French onion soup and 1/2 Fuji apple chicken salad. Did not consume any other food after this time. 5pm, sour stomach & heartburn. 12am, severe stabbing pain in midsection & nausea. 15 minutes later stomach flu symptoms, followed by body cramping, exhaustion, headache, dehydration and overall "odd feeling". | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps, Headache, Heartburn
