Ate the Broccoli Cheddar Soup and Chicken Caesar Salad from Panera Bread. Stomach started hurting while going to sleep. Woke up feeling nauseous and tired. Took digestive medicine and pain pills. Went to work with a huge headache, left early to go home. Started vomiting after drinking tea to clam my stomach. Laid I'm bed mostly, stomach currently still hurts. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
