I ordered a french onion soup, mac and cheese and a green tea. My boyfriend did not touch the french onion soup and i ate the entire thing. I fell asleep for about 4 hours and woke up not feeling well. I went to the bathroom and vomited up the soup. I continued violently vomiting for 5 hours. The last 2 hours were just dry heaving because my body had nothing left. I had chills, fever and intense diarrhea. The worst diarrhea I have ever experienced in my life. My body felt like it was eating itself from the inside out. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
