Today around 12pm, I had a boxed Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken salad and a French Baguette and within an hour of finishing it I begun to have stomach cramps, fever, diarrhea, got lightheaded, and almost passed out. I was stuck in bed until 8pm. Besides a small bowl of noodles earlier in the day (around 7am), this was the only thing I ate today. I also had the same salad yesterday, as well as the Broccoli Cheddar soup, but was fine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Lightheaded
