4/11/14 - I had a Fuji apple chicken salad and a bowl of clam chowder for dinner. I woke up at 6 AM the next morning with explosive diarrhea which lasted all day. Three days later I'm still having nausea, stomach pains, & major gas. I went to the doctor who sent me to the ER for dehydration. The doc at the ER reported I was the second person today with the same symptoms who also ate at Panera Bread last. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
