I ate at Panera and ordered a You Pick 2 - Thai chicken salad and broccoli soup. I got home and after 2 hours I start feeling really sick. Nautious , stomach pain , started vomiting and had diarrhea. I was up all night and in a lot of pain . I believe some ingredient in the salad must have caused this . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
