ER Visit After Panera Meal - Panera Bread, Pembroke Pines Florida

At 10pm I ordered half chipotle chicken avocado melt with chicken noodle soup. Immediately after eating about 10:30pm I became extremely full and bloated. This was unusual being that I always order the same thing and it never made me feel this way. And hour later stomach pain and the same thing throughout the night. At 4am diarrhea started and lasted throughout the day followed by weakness, fatigue, dizziness, chills and fever. Finally went to ER--temp was 103.1 Test were ran, blood cultures, etc...I was diagnosed with food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Weakness, Dizziness, Chills, Fatigue, Bloating, Stomach Pain
