Bread Bowl with Tomato Soup at approx 2pm. Began vomiting at 9pm, with diarrhea starting around 1am. Vomiting lasted for about 12 hours and diarrhea for two days. It is now four days later and I am still weak, with stomach pain, and nausea, and have yet to leave the bed. I honestly don't know if it was the soup or if I have a stomach virus, but wanted to report it in case there were other episodes. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain
