Ate the sesame chicken salad around 7, by 8:30-9 experienced sour stomach, nausea. By 9:30, vomiting and.a low (100.5F) fever. Lost sleep. Now seem to be arriving on time for diarrhea at 4am after a long sleepless night. Felt 100% prior, experienced discomfort rapidly after eating the salad, no sides (they were out of bread, and I didn't eat the chips). Business seemed under heavy demand with insufficient staff. Have not seen a doctor yet, will if I can't manage symptoms with OTC self treatment. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
