Broccoli Bowl Illness Alert - Panera Bread, North Haven Connecticut

Had broccoli cheddar bread bowl around 1230 and this was the only thing I ate the entire day as I did not breakfast that morning. Felt stomach pain around 5pm, started to vomit around 8pm and numerous times throughout the night. Could not sleep due to tossing and turning in pain. Also had terrible diarheaa as well | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
