Ate on 06/19/18 for lunch. Ate 1/2 Italian sandwich and small bowl of Mac and cheese. Felt sick immediately afterwards and I’ve had diarrhea and severe stomach pain for 3 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
