On Wednesday December 8th at approx 12:30pm, I got a half Turkey/Bacon/Avocado sandwich and Turkey Chili.About 3 hours later I was violently ill and it remained persistent throughout the evening.
I was absolutely fine all day prior to, with no symptoms to report until a few hours after having lunch.
It could be a coincidence, but I will suggest something was off with the food - likely the Chili. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
