Mac 'n Cheese Illness - Panera Bread, Lubbock Texas

I ordered the pick two. I had macaroni and a turkey sandwich. The lady at the window looked and acted like i was bothering her because i took to long to decide. Anyways i get my food super fast no wait as I get home and check the food and the macaroni cup literally has nothing but cheese sauce and a few noodles. It’s lukewarm amd has started to gel up. Assuming it was cold i put it in the microwave for 30 seconds i ate a couple bites but immediately knew it was no good. Fast forward two hours i wake up for a sleep with a cold sweat dizziness and stomach cramps. Here we are 6 hours later and it’s coming out both ways. Waiting to get off of work at 4 AM because someone didn’t want to properly cook the macaroni | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Sweating
