Frontega Chicken sandwich/baked potato soup; Ancient grain & arugula salad with chicken/tomato soup.
Two of us ate meals and within 5 hours we were vomiting violently and had diarrhea for the next 24 hours. My girlfriend got so dizzy she passed out while vomiting on herself. The only other meal we consumed that day was cooked at home with items previously determined to be safe. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
