Bagel Leads to GI Distress - Panera Bread,

1/2 sesame seed bagel with cream cheese, and less than two hours later, I developed moderately uncomfortable abdominal/stomach pains, with some bad gas. Diarrhea kicked in around 8 hours later. Luckily, I was home from work by this time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Stomach Pain
