Around 5:45pm last night my family and I ate pizza from Papa John's. I ate 2 pieces of a pan pepperoni and pineapple pizza and 1 garlic knot with garlic sauce. I was the only one who are the garlic sauce from my package and I was the only one that got really sick. Within 20 minutes I felt blooted and uncomfortable. Then by 6:30 I had severe diarrhea which continued throughout the night and still this next morning. I vomited twice, once at 9:30pm and again at 4:30am. Now I'm severely dehydrated with a massive headache. Eating and drinking are causing me nausea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Bloating
