It had two high-priority (rodent dropings found in cup at register holding pens and probe thermometer, under front pizza boxing table, behind the water heater and other areas; sharply dented pizza sauce can), three intermediate (records for required employee training missing the expiration date; etc.) and seven basic violations (probe food thermometer stored in container with pens and rodent droppings; hole in wall; unwashed bell peppers stored over cooked sausage crumbles; etc.). It reopened the next day.
