Ate lunch yesterday around 1pm, used garlic sauce, pizza with regular sauce, cheese, green peppers, and olives. Stomach started hurting around 6 and was up all night sick. Husband was too. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
