I ate 3 pieces of pizza with no cheese and just veggies and sauce. The next morning I woke SO SICK. My food hadn't even digested, I spent the whole day throwing up said pizza. It is the only thing I ate that day. I spent the next 2 days vomiting and the next 5 with severe diarrhea and bloody stool. Doctor said I have salmonella | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool
