I ordered Taco Bell Sunday evening, drove back to Tennessee and by 2:30 am on Monday I woke up extremely sick out if both ends. Ended up with a fever of 102.2, bones hurting and chills. It is now Tuesday and I feel better but I still had to miss work again due to feeling lethargic and dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
