3 years ago reported by user-jytxm744 business

Papa John's Pizza, Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN, USA

3737b Washington Street, Indianapolis, 46201 Indiana, United States

Thursday January 27 2022 i never from this location before and never had a problem with any other locations before so i didnt think much of it. I ordered two small pizzas one just with cheese and the other was a veggie. Me and mom ate one slice of both and noticed that the dough seemed kind of uncooked. My mom reheated hers in the oven and I said that i couldnt eat it anymore because it made me feel sick . I tried to lay down and instantly felt a pain in my stomach which made me run to the restroom. I had diarrhea and been vomiting since. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
