We ate pizza for dinner last night. Now everyone who ate it is having chills, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. I ordered a large pepperoni ultimate stuffed crust pizza. It arrived, and it looked fine other than not being cut very well. It also tasted fine. Within a few hours of eating, my kids complained of nausea. I woke up in the night feeling nausea and chills. I went back to sleep, then woke up this morning and had more nausea. I went to work, then vomited twice, came home and vomited up chunks of pizza three more times. My daughter got sick at school with diarrhea and vomiting and had to come home. She went straight to sleep. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
