Ordered a one topping pizza with Spicy Italian sausage. Work up 4 am, got violently Ill. Got sick all day when I wasn't sleeping. Not good. Called the store and he said he was going to check all the ingredients that were put on my pizza | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
