My son picked up our pizzas and boneless chicken wings 1/13/26 All of the food was cold. The next morning I was sick throwing up, diarrhea, stomach cramps, headache, chills and nausea. I went to to the ER 2/14/26. I have food poisoning and had to have an IV with fluids due to dehydration. I had to call off from work 2/14/26 & 2/15/26. The ER doctor has me returning to work 2/16/26 | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration
