Pizza Causes Severe Illness - Papa John's, Orlando Florida

Me and my daughter on February 24th ordered a pizza with chicken, onion and bell pepper. By the next afternoon we were experiencing nausea, dizziness, heart palpitations, diarrhea, weakness, fatigue. We were the only 2 who ate this pizza and both having same symptoms. On the 27th I went to the er as my symptoms were much worse. I was told we had food poisoning.
