I’m having severe diarrhea. As I finished my first slice of pepperoni pizza, my stomach started making noises. While eating my stomach made feel like I had gas. Until I tried to let it out, I quickly realized it wasn’t, my butthole started to burn. I first ignored it, I finished the second piece and it sent me immediately to the toilet. I hope it’s not from unsanitary meat station, or anything else from that matter. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
