Ordered a 10 inch pizza with bell peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Woke up a few hours later feeling like I was dying. Started sitting on the toilet barfing into the trash can. Ended up so dizzy and weak/shaky I had to put the can next to the bed to puke. I yelled to my roommate for help. Severe stomach cramps (and I'm pregnant) I thought either me or the baby would die. I almost called 911 but I had half of a zofran left so I took it and threw up one more time and finally passed out. My entire body was soaked in sweat. Severe chills, fever, headache, weakness, dizzy. The only reason I didn't call an ambulance bc I felt too weak to talk/move. Hoping my baby is okay. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Weakness, Chills, Dizziness, Sweating, Shaking
