I ate the sour cream chicken enchiladas at about 930-1030 the symptoms began around 3 am. I could not sleep because my stomach was so upset and bloated, and it was making my back ache. I repeatedly passed gas but digestion was not occurring. I Began throwing up around 6 am, and it was non digested enchiladas. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Body Ache, Gas
