Steak and cheese wrap I ate a steak and cheese wrap with onions only at noon. Started with nausea at 5 vomiting diarrhea and stomach cramps by 6:15. Only thing I ate that day. I ate alone. Water to drink. Took zofran friday evening. No more vomiting or diarrhea. However stomach still feels full. Have only had toast and crackers with vernors for two days. Still nausea after eating toast or crackers. It happened on August 6 2021. 5 hrs after eating steak and cheese wrap | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
