Additional information: I got the food from the break room. It was a pepperoni snack pack. With mozzarella cheese and eggs. The pepperoni was a weird color but I didn’t think anything of it because if it wasn’t good they wouldn’t have put it in the coolers for us to buy. | Symptoms: Headache, Dizziness
