Taco, Queso, Margarita Illness - Walmart, Pflugerville Texas

I ate a green chili pork taco and chips and queso and a house margarita from Torchy’s in Pflugerville around 7:30pm on Thursday April 11. I started vomiting and diarrhea in the middle of the night and this went on until about 6pm on April 12th.
Other items that are a possible culprit that I ate that day included red seedless grapes from Walmart, Great Value white cheddar popcorn, Oreo Thins, and a naval orange from Walmart. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
