Woke up today with horrible stomach pain that has persisted all day. Yesterday ate Philly style bagels, acme smoked salmon and cream cheese for breakfast, all of which I’ve eaten a few times the past few days with no issues. Had a cold brew Starbucks coffee with salted caramel cream foam. Also shared a meal with my family at Pass & Stow at Phillies game. We all ate everything and no one else is sick. Last thing I ate were Reese’s pieces eggs from CVS and a Gelatelli caramel ice cream bar from my freezer. My guess is that big this is food related it must be the Starbucks or the ice cream bar. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
