At around 9pm on November 7 I ate a ham n egg pita with mushrooms, spinac, tomatoes, and avocado. At 3 am I woke up vomiting and with diarrhea. I had to go the the er for dehydration and stomach cramping. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps
