It was the Pizza Hut on New York Ave in Aurora, IL. Had a pan pizza with sausage and mushrooms and spicy garlic wings around 8pm. Woke up at 7am with the worst nausea I've ever had in my life. Violently vomited the next 2 hours. Was totally delirious the whole day with chills and nausea. Threw up again that night at 2am.
