We ordered two pizzas for my family. The pizza for my husband and I was a sausage, pepperoni, green peppers and onion pan crust pizza. We were the only two that are it and are the only two that sick with nausea and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
