Ordered pizza on 01/09/2017 around 5pm. Ate around 6:30pm. Had large meat lovers pizza and alfredo pasta. About 3 hours later I started to notice I felt really sick and started having bad stomach pains. After that came a headache and nausea. Body got really hot and started sweating. Immediately after beginning to sweat I began to throw up. I've thrown up 4 times a overnight | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating, Stomach Pain
