Approximately six weeks ago, I March, 2022, I purchased two boxes of General Mills newly released PJ MASKS dry cereal. I fed it to my two grandsons with milk in a bowl each, ages 5 and 3, on Saturday, AM, inclusive of having a bowl myself. Within a few short hours we were all ill, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Thought at the time we thought was some communicable stomach bug perhaps going around or a bad batch of milk that proved not the case as others drank the milk separately. But NOW I realize that the MASKS cereal was also manufactured by General Mills, same as LUCKY CHARMS, and the MASKS cereal also had same "marshmallow-type" dry pieces, same as LUCKY CHARMS. Hence, I believe it is reasonable to conclude that the source recipe batch of the "marshmallow-type" dry pieces for General Mills cereals was either chemically or biologically contaminated and utilized for at least these two dry cereals.. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, VomitingRecent Reports Near Me
