My son started having stomach ache after eating food at buffet at moon palace sunrise in Cancun and after 4 hours he started vomiting and had high fever. This place doesn't control the food safety, you can see they put shrimp and fish out of fridge for hours until they get cooked and their chefs touching everything without washing their hands | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
